We craft toys by hand and in small production runs.
As our workshop is currently occupied with fulfilling orders from current clients, we are only able to take on new wholesale customers in countries where our toys are currently underrepresented or if or we really want to be part of your shop.

Wholesale orders are for limited items

Payment
- Credit card payment
For orders made through the Website we accept payment using the following debit and credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American express , Appel pay payment Shop pay and paypal. For card payments, follow the instructions given on the Website when paying.
- Manual Payment
When you choose manual payments, your order will be marked as unpaid on the orders page. We will then arrange to receive payment in a way that works best for you. As soon as we have received your order , we will send you an order invoice - within 24 hours - containing payment instructions, payment date, shipping date and shipping providerAfter we recieve payment for your order , we will mark the order as paid on the order details page and fulfill the order as an online payment.
Shipping Outside EU
- Please allow 6 - 8 weeks order processing time
- Lead time may vary depending on availability or volume.
- Expected delivery dates will be discussed at the time of the order
- All parcels will ship Post Nord unless otherwise specified.
- Shipping costs for orders outside EU will be calculated at checkout
- All orders are shipped from our Danish Studio

Cancellation
You possess the capability to submit a cancellation request on your order within a 24-hour period from its placement, provided the order hasn't started processing or been shipped.

Third party marketplace policy
- All online sales must come through your independent e- commerce site. Normadot do not partners with companies who sell on Amazon.com or any 3rd party websites such as ebay etc.
- Any existing or prospective customer must have approval from normadot to obtain an exclusive agreement to sell on any third party marketplace.
Drop shipping and c.o.d.
- Normadot does not drop ship or ship c.o.d.
Claims
- All shipments must be inspected at the time of delivery for shortage and damages before signing acceptance of goods. Any claims for damages or shortage of packages must be made directly with the carrier immediately. We are not responsible for any delay or damage caused by the carrier. If there is concealed damage, please contact us within 14 days of recieving the goods.
Returns
- normadot will accept returns within 5 days of order delivery. Items must be in resalable condition. Products cannot be returned without prior authorization. .There will be a 20% restocking fee assessed for any items returned .Shipping & handling charges are not refundable . If returning products due to defect or damage normadot cover shipping fees. Simply return the merchandise with the original invoice and a note stating your reason for return and we’ll gladly refund your purchase price.
Please note that silkscreen printed products are individually made and there could be slight differences between them.
